Marvelous 2014

This holiday, My classmates, Ifa, and I spent it by joining English course in Pare, Kediri. Many people called it by Kampoeng Inggris,  because we can found many language courses, the mostly are English courses. I chose Marvelous, one of English course that specialize on speaking ability. I chose 2 weeks program, because actually I wanna try, how the way of teaching in this place *hehe :D and I've another job to teach some student of elementary school and junior high school in private course. The tutors of Marvelous still study in college, their major is English education. Although, they are still student but they so smart and good teacher, they make study English easier and fun. *Proud of them* This is the schedule of my class (Executive English 1 A). 

Legal Analysis of the Company’s obligation to carry out the Environmental and Social Responsibility

As one of the national economy activator, a company holds a very vital role in the development of the State. The effort was realized in organize the public benefit, fostering incomes, provide services, employment, and so on. In addition to these roles, the company also has Environmental and Social Responsibility because the company is very closely related to the parties that support the passage of operations or commonly referred to stakeholders, both internal and external.

The government issued several regulations that govern environmental and social responsibility. Among them are: Article 74 of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company, Article 15 of Law No. 25 of 2007 on Investment and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 on Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental of Limited Liability Company. In article 1 number 3 of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company, Environmental and Social Responsibility or Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) is defined as: “a Company’s commitment to taking part in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and environment, which will be beneficial for the Company itself, the local community and society in general”. When studied in depth, there are some legal issues that can be found in the rules, which are: (a) Environmental and Social Responsibility as a legal duty (b) the restrictions of the company which is required to implement the Environmental and Social Responsibility (c) synchronization and harmonization with other legislation.

Sunday morning ~ (081212) 

My classmates and I went to Selecta flowerbed, Batu. What were we doing there? Yeah, just took some pictures :D because we had new uniform which color are pink and green "tosca" (what's tosca in English? I never heard before). We went there by 7 motorcycles like parade ! hahaa :D

Before we arrived in Selecta, we had breakfast in Soto Lamongan, a portion per bowl was so much and I couldn't eat it up . -_-

Kelas Inspirasi Malang #HariInspirasi

Inilah hari yang ditunggu para relawan Kelas Inspirasi Malang. Bertepatan dengan 1 hari setelah Hari Pahlawan. Semakin menambah istimewa hari senin kala itu. Aku bersama kelompok 20 berkumpul di sekolah dasar yang berlokasi di daerah comboran, SDN Ciptomulyo 1. Kami tiba disana sekitar pukul 07.00 karena kita akan mengikuti upacara *sudah lama ga pernah ikutan upacara jadi kangen :D
Bertemu dengan anak-anak SD yang ceria dan pastinya kece kece, knpa? soalnya mereka pada pake baju pahlawan gtuuuh. Ga mau kalah, para guru pun ikutan juga pake baju pahlawan :D Upacara berlangsung khidmat sekitar setengah jam lamanya. Pak Joko selaku kepala sekolah menyampaikan amanat kepada para peserta upacara untuk selalu menghargai jasa para pahlawan dan memberikan semangat kepada para siswa untuk selalu berprestasi.

Kelas Inspirasi Malang #Briefing

Bertempat di aula Universitas Gajayana Malang, diadakan briefing para relawan Kelas Inspirasi Malang.
Apa sih Kelas Insipirasi itu? Mungkin kebanyakan orang masih ga paham dengan kegiatan yang bernilai sosial ini.

Ya, Kelas Insipirasi adalah kegiatan yang mewadahi profesional dari berbagai sektor untuk ikut serta berkontribusi pada misi perbaikan pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui program ini, para profesional pengajar dari berbagai latar belakang diharuskan cuti 1 hari secara serentak untuk mengunjungi dan mengajar di Sekolah Dasar, yaitu pada Hari Inspirasi. Kelas Insipirasi berada di bawah naungan Indonesia Mengajar yang dicetuskan oleh Pak Anis Baswedan.

Kali ini, Kelas Insipirasi Malang dibawah Kelas Insipirasi Jawa Timur memilih tanggal 11 November untuk dijadikan Hari Insipirasi, tepatnya sehari setelah Hari Pahlawan. Kelas Insipirasi ini serentak dilakukan di beberapa kota di Jawa Timur. Dan pada hari itu banyak anak Indonesia yang memperoleh Insipirasi yang sebelumnya tidak pernah mereka dapatkan. Semoga pada saat Hari Insipirasi lancar dan sukses, aaamiiin :))
Oya, saat briefing, para relawan diberikan materi2 tentang pendidikan dan cara ngajar yang bener. Seru banget dan aku dapet ilmu saat itu, dan yang pasti pengalaman yang gak terlupakan bisa bertemu orang2 hebat! Alhamdulillah bersyukur banget deh pokoknyaaa :D

Aku mencoba jadi fasilitator di acara Kelas Insipirasi ini, untungnya aku gak sendiri, aku ditemani temen kelasku sendiri, Nayla. Soalnya jujur aja, aku belum tau banyak tentang Kelas Insipirasi tapi seiring berjalannya waktu aku mulai memahami dan mengerti kalo acara ini sangat menarik dan semoga benar2 bisa menginspirasi anak2 Indonesia mengenai cita2 mereka kelak :)

Aku kedapetan sekolah di lumayan deket dari rumah, haha :D Nama sekolahnya SDN Ciptomulyo 1, daerah comboran. Para profesionalnya ada 5 dan fotografernya ada 3. Mereka adalah mbak ega seorang arsitek, bu icun seorang account representative di kantor pajak, mas sugi seorang financial planner, pak giri seorang head of legal, dan pak syaiful seorang dosen di UIN Malang. Kalo fotografernya ada mas Fariza, mas Bagus, sama mas Argo.
Semoga ajaa acara kita bisa sukses dan menginspirasi ! Aamiiin :)
